🚦 Why the Closures?

The ramp closures are part of a $15.7 million NJDOT infrastructure contract aimed at improving stormwater drainage systems across several counties including Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, Sussex, Union, and Warren.

This critical project ensures better flood control, safer travel conditions, and longer-lasting infrastructure, especially in high-traffic corridors like Route 17 and Route 3.

⛈️ Weather Dependent

Please note: All timelines are subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Motorists are encouraged to check NJDOT alerts and local traffic advisories before heading out.

🚗 Plan Ahead

Motorists should expect delays and increased congestion in the area and allow extra travel time during the detour periods. Use Waze, Google Maps, or 511NJ to stay up to date on traffic conditions and alternate routes.
