Word is that both board members Muhammad Mahmoud and Sheila Brogan will be promoting hiring HUNDREDS of new teacher aids for Ridgewood schools which could tank the enormous district budget.

Ka Ching!
How much is the budget up to now
The early draft has a budget DECREASE planned. Let’s make sure this stays the case!
Surprise, surprise. Now a 2% increase.
Doesn’t matter…
They will do WHATEVER THEY WANT.
We have NO VOTE on the matter.
Thanks to the 3000+ residents who voted to give up their right to vote.
Ridgewood used to be all about the schools
Again how much is the budget of 120 Million
Can commercial billboards be installed around the football field to bring in revenue to support hiring more teacher’s aides?
Tell me you are joking…FFS.
Congrats to Ms. Townes and Mr. Semendinger for jumping ship before it sinks more! Good for them! 2 more important leaders leaving RBOE. We are now up to 8 leaders gone under this Board. 2 Superintendents, 1 Business Administrator, a Facility Director, a HR Director and 3 principals. Don’t forget 6 principals assistants, multiple teachers and other supporting staff members. The true “soldiers” in the schools. WOW! Keep up the good work Board members! Lets see how many more people leave before June 30th. RBOE LEADS BERGEN COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS FOR POSITIONS OPENED/TO BE OPENED. WHY would anyone want to come to RBOE after seeing these numbers. I doubt aides want too.
Parents crying for a later start time for students, you need to grow up. Here is an easy fix, GO TO BED EARLIER! WHEN they leave the boundaries of RIDGEWOOD for colleges, universities and EMPLOYMENT, they don’t care about YOUR sleep habits! There are far more bigger issues in the REAL world than YOUR time sleeping.
Why does 1 Board member question budget numbers while the OTHER 4 BOARD MEMBERS DO NOT? If information is provided in this internal note called an “FYI”, why does he still struggle to understand at the actual Board meeting? Maybe he should go back to school?
