>SOLID WASTE AND BULK PICK-UPS REMINDER
The new commingled recycling schedule provides bulk pick ups once a month. Please remember that the disposal of “household” waste is different than “bulk” waste.
• Rear yard collection consists of pick up of “household” garbage which you create on an every day basis, i.e., kitchen food waste, bathroom waste.
• Bulk pick up consists of anything other than regular household garbage. For example if you clean a closet or a garage, children’s toys or minor construction debris, etc. these are all items which go out on your curbside bulk day.
• Please refrain from putting recycling (newspapers or bottles and cans) into your regular trash. This results in lost recycling revenue and it is also against the law.
• Acceptable bulk pick up is listed in the Village Calendar and on the website www.ridgewoodnj.net under Departments & Services – Solid Waste Control.
