PARAMUS, NJ — A Friday morning collision on June 13, 2025, involving a white Toyota Camry and a tri-axle dump truck temporarily shut down a portion of Paramus Road southbound near West Century Road, authorities confirmed.
The Paramus Police Department issued a single summons to the Camry driver in connection with the crash, which required a full EMS and police response.
🚗 Crash Details
The accident occurred just south of West Century Road and involved:

A late-model white 4-door Toyota Camry sedan

A tri-axle dump truck
The Camry’s driver sustained a non-life-threatening arm injury and was transported by Paramus EMS ambulance to The Valley Hospital for evaluation and treatment.
The driver of the dump truck reported no injuries, police said.
🛠️ Traffic & Road Closure
Due to the severity of the impact and the involvement of a heavy-duty vehicle, Paramus Road southbound at West Century Road was temporarily closed while a heavy-duty wrecker was brought in to remove the dump truck.
Both vehicles required towing from the scene.
🚓 Emergency Response
First responders from the Paramus Police Department and Paramus EMS (IAEP Local 201 – EMTs of Paramus EMS) were on the scene quickly to manage the crash, attend to the injured driver, and oversee traffic diversion efforts.
