NJDOT is worthless. I see perhaps one ‘worker’ doing something while 5 sit in the double cab dump truck and a bunch of other ‘shovel-leaners’ watch. Just count the dead deer rotting on the highways to make an opinion of why they don’t do much
Ridgewood, press the issue with NJ DOT, the bus company, whoever, but run a truck over there and empty the trash. 15 minutes. Simple solution.
Ok don”t send ridgewood police there. For now on call the state police. The village police and fire departments should stay away from RT 17, it’s the state’s responsibility.
