Parking lots of sports facilities, gyms, and daycare centers are often targeted. The perpetrators smash a car window and steal purses and wallets. Please avoid leaving valuable items inside of vehicles when possible. If not, secure items of value out of sight, either in a locked glove compartment or trunk.
