Anchored by the grand opening of its new, state-of-the-art hospital in Paramus, New Jersey, on April 14, 2024, Valley Health System is now looking ahead to even more exciting developments in 2025.

🏥 Valley Health System Opens New Hospital in Paramus

The centerpiece of this healthcare evolution is the brand-new Valley Hospital, now located at the Valley Health System – Paramus Campus, a 40-acre, all-inclusive health and wellness destination.

This cutting-edge facility offers:

• Inpatient and outpatient care

• Cancer treatment services

• Centralized access to Valley Medical Group physicians

• Advanced diagnostic and surgical technology

With over 328 physicians across more than 54 locations, Valley Medical Group continues to provide multi-specialty care throughout North Jersey. Meanwhile, the former Ridgewood hospital campus has been repurposed into a thriving outpatient services hub, further expanding the network’s community reach.

🎓 Graduate Medical Education Program Grows in 2025

In collaboration with the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Valley Health System launched a robust Graduate Medical Education (GME) program in 2024. The program debuted with residency classes in internal medicine and obstetrics & gynecology, welcoming 15 medical residents.

Looking ahead to summer 2025, Valley will launch its surgical residency program, recently accredited by the ACGME. In addition to the new surgical residents, the hospital will also welcome its second cohort of internal medicine and OB/GYN residents.

Future plans include developing fellowship opportunities to support advanced medical training and build a dynamic academic medical center right here in Paramus.

🏗️ New Montvale Facility & Ridgewood Campus Transformation

📍 Coming Soon to Montvale – 400 Market Street

Scheduled to open later in 2025, Valley Health System’s 55,000-square-foot medical facility in Montvale will feature a comprehensive musculoskeletal center offering:

• Chiropractic care, acupuncture & massage therapy

• Rheumatology & podiatry

• Sports medicine & physical therapy

• Rehabilitation & diagnostic imaging

This new location is designed to deliver integrated care for musculoskeletal conditions — all under one roof.

📍 Ridgewood Campus to Become Outpatient Powerhouse

Valley’s former hospital in Ridgewood is being reimagined into a full-service outpatient campus. Plans include:

• Ambulatory care services

• Sleep medicine center

• Rehabilitation medicine

• Valley Medical Group specialty practices

The goal is to create a seamless, accessible experience for patients needing specialized care without inpatient hospitalization.
