A missing 13-year-old girl was found safe, Wallington police said Friday.
Makayla, 13, whose last name has not been released, was last spotted around 5:45 p.m. April 30, according to the Wallington Police Department. Wallington PD reported around 1 a.m. she had been found safe.
“We extend our sincere thanks to the Little Ferry Police Department and all assisting agencies for their swift and effective response,” Wallington police stated on social media. “We are also grateful to the community for spreading the word and aiding in the search.”

Identifying Marks: Scars on both arms
Clothing Description: Dark gray or black sweater, black shorts, black shoes, a silver-colored bracelet, and a green/blue bracelet
