Grace Ziarko is by far the most unprofessional real estate agent. During preliminary n,egotiations she only spoke about how long she’s been working and hung up. I had cash to give her seller and at this point, if she’s affiliated with a property, I’ll only make an offer if she and her broker aren’t representing the seller. She’s your typical no-class, egotistical, selfish agent who lies to sellers to list with her only to not have their best interests in mind. Sellers beware of the bs. Buyers, she only cares about the deal.
