Ridgewood NJ, in the off chance people return to the commuter life style , the application for 2021 parking permits suggests there will be no non-resident parking permits issued for the train station lot, nor for levels 2, 3, and 4 of the Hudson Street Parking Garage. Aren’t non-resident business/property owners now allowed to permit park at the Hudson Street Garage? I’ve seen some of them parked on level 4. Is the Village changing that policy for calendar year 2021, or is there another application form that’s not posted in the same place as this one is on the Village’s website?
