NJ Department of Education : Penalties against school districts that aren’t compliant with new State DEI and/or Sex Ed requirements
the staff of the Ridgewood blog
River Vale NJ,NJ State Senator Holly Schepisi looked for answers for the new creepy sex-ed curriculum being forced on young children by the Murphy Administration .In a letter to the state Department of Education Schepisi asked for clarification of recent statements made regarding penalties against school districts that aren’t compliant with new State DEI and/or Sex Ed requirements as well as how “compliance” will be determined.
In a Facebook post NJ State Senator Holly Schepisi:
Parents, Superintendents and Board of Education members continue to grapple with the State of New Jersey new learning standards for our schools. There is significant confusion regarding what a parent can and cannot opt out of, what a school must teach and what penalties exist if the State doesn’t believe the district has included the proper items. I wrote to the Commissioner of Education over a month ago asking for clarity and received no response. Today my office sent a follow up letter.
So parents are aware, there are two entirely separate bills that were passed in the legislature. One deals strictly with sex education (which a parent may opt out of). The other piece of legislation 18A:35-4.36a which was signed into law by Governor Murphy on March 1, 2021, you cannot opt out of. Under this law, a board of education shall include instruction on the political, economic, and social contributions of persons with disabilities and lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people, in an appropriate place in the curriculum of K-12 as part of the district’s implementation of the New Jersey Student Learning Standards. Attached is the current Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion curriculum created at the Bergen County level by the Bergen County Curriculum Consortium. For anyone interested below is a sampling of the resources for K-2 grade.

True, but since they are chemically castrating the little girls they confuse and preforming mutilating surgery on them before they can bear children the strategy may backfire
And you fools pay over 100 million dollars a year
and subject YOUR CHILDREN to this perverted
Disgusting nonsense. Good luck with that. Your gonna need it.

A parent would have to be insane to allow their child to endure this nonsense. The patients are running the asylum!
Funny I don’t see “Johnny the Walrus” by Matt Walsh on the suggested reading list.
They play the long game.
The grooming of these kids leads to them becoming adults who implement a more radical and deviant phase in 30 years.
Repeat again 30 years after that.
If you are raised from birth and taught that deviance is normal then you truly believe that it is.

The part of the legislation which cannot be opted out of is absolutely disgusting. I’d pull my kids out of public school.
Ther are a lot of parents in Ridgewood who support this.
