where is the “soccer mom mafia” on this ?
This is what we’ve been talking about for many years. It needs to stop. Stop putting out chairs many days before the event. What you bring to the parade you bring out with you, people are just amazing how lazy they can be they bring their old chairs for the event. And then when they leave the event is over, they will leave their garbage behind. It’s so tacky.
I want Councilperson Siobhan Winograd to get right on this. This is right up her alley.
I’ve also pointed this out for many years. These chairs are a trip hazard when they are placed out days in advance. Somebody’s going to trip and seriously injure themselves one day and sue for millions and win. The village should not permit us.
They are just getting an early start on 2024…

Your right Ridgewood resident can’t walk and chew gum at the same time.
More likely than someone’s tripping over them while walking is driving into them when they are blown into the street. Has happened.
