Franklin Lakes NJ, Franklin Lakes police are investigating an incident in which a bicyclist suffered serious injuries after being struck by a vehicle at Briarwoods Road and Bayberry Lane around 11:30 a.m.on Sunday.
According to police ,first aid and CPR were performed on the victim at the scene. The bicyclist was rushed to St. Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson. Attempts to obtain additional information from the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and from Franklin Lakes police were not successful. The victim’s identity has not been released as of the writing of this post . Franklin Lakes Police and Bergen County Prosecutor are currently investigating .
Franklin Lakes officers were assisted by Wyckoff police and the Franklin Lakes Ambulance Corps. The Bergen County Sheriff’s Office and Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office also responded.
