Ridgewood NJ, Frank DelVecchio is set to embark on his 14th Annual 9/11 Remembrance Run, a powerful tribute to those who lost their lives on that tragic day. This year, Frank will once again complete his inspiring 26-mile run from Ridgewood, NJ, to the World Trade Center, with the mission of remembering the fallen and supporting those in need.

The run isn’t just about honoring the past; it’s about making a difference in the present. The funds raised from this event benefit a range of organizations that provide crucial support, including First Responders, Armed Forces members, families, youth programs, food pantries, and shelters fighting hunger and homelessness.

This year’s run, however, will be a bit different. Frank plans to extend his journey to approximately 40 miles, taking a new route and making stops along the way to help people in need. Unlike previous years, he will be running solo, without escorts or a crew, emphasizing the importance of reflection and personal acts of kindness on this solemn day.

“9/11 should be a time of reflection and to help someone,” says Frank. “Any act of random kindness is great.”

Frank’s dedication to this cause is unwavering, and he hopes that the community will continue to support his efforts. Every dollar raised goes directly to those who need it most, making a significant impact on countless lives.

If you’d like to support Frank’s run, please visit www.runforhopefoundation.org. Your contribution, no matter the amount, will go a long way in supporting this important cause.

Let’s come together to honor the memory of 9/11, support those in need, and never forget the heroes of that day.
