The fire, reported shortly after 11 a.m., was successfully contained to the container itself, preventing damage to the single-family home under construction nearby.
Collaborative Effort to Control the Blaze
Firefighters from the Hawthorne Fire Department’s Engine Company #4 and Truck Company #2 assisted Glen Rock Fire Department in extinguishing the flames. Glen Rock Police Department also responded to the scene, ensuring the area was secured during the incident.
Thanks to the quick action and teamwork of all responders, the fire was contained with no injuries reported.
