SADDLE RIVER, NJ — A major milestone in community development and inclusion was celebrated yesterday, October 24th, as the Borough of Saddle River hosted a warm and wonderful ribbon-cutting ceremony for The Residences at Choctaw. This event marks the official grand opening of the borough’s first-ever affordable family housing community.
The celebration was a testament to the community’s welcoming spirit, attended by a wide cross-section of local leadership, including:
- Mayor Al Kurpis and the entire Borough Council
- Borough staff and members of the Board of Education
- The Saddle River Police Department
- Representatives from The Michaels Group, the development partner
