A Rutgers University graduate, DiLieto previously served as a utility foreman for Monroe Township, where he earned prestigious T4 and W4 licenses—the highest level of certification for water treatment and distribution management in New Jersey.

In his new position, DiLieto will directly oversee Ridgewood Water’s core distribution and treatment operations. His leadership comes at a pivotal time as the utility executes a comprehensive infrastructure modernization plan:
