Have you ever wanted to experience Tuscany, but never had the opportunity? Now you can join Pearl Restaurant on November 3, 2012 for the Autumn Harvest Wine Dinner and enjoy the taste of Tuscany.
Our chef, Andrew will skillfully prepare each course featuring local produce and meats from purveyors, such as S&SO Farms, Pomo Ridge Farm, Edgwick Farms, and Pearl River Meateria each course is paired with a Tuscan regional wine. A whole pig, from nose to tail, will be featured in each course; starting with a braised pork dirty rice risotto.
Your palate will be delighted starting with the welcome Rampolla, Chianti Classico wine and ending with a delectable dessert of Chocolate panna cotta w/peanut bacon brittle paired with Meleto, Vinsanto.
