  1. >Ridgewood’s BOE is about to be exposed as one of the most incompetent and arrogant organizations ever established. These five people hide from the public. They do not answer straightforward questions; they make decisions based only the information that is fed to them by their overpaid lackeys; they are anti-intellectuals in the worst sense of the word; they demean our status as a prominent, high-achieving district; and they don’t know how stupid they look to the citizens of the Village who can barely manage a passing glance at them.

Yes, the emperor is wearing no clothes and he isn’t even ashamed.

  2. >So why don’t more people go to the BOE meetings and demand something better?

Good idea. But there are other ways as well, in which communication is happening.

Instead of looking at what everyone else is doing or not doing, I suggest each of us ask ourselves what role we have.

None of us can do all the work alone.

Some communicate more privately; some use the public forum of the Board of Ed meetings.

It’s not clear that the BOE meetings are the only effective way.

  4. >Our Board of Ed is incompetent and worse, anti-intellectual. God help our children.
