Yes, the tree lighting will occur regardless of weather.
It looks nice but can some one pick up the barricades in the c b d from friday night event, they are left in the roads and on the sidewalks, come on why is this, people are tripping over them .

There we go again – a poster asking for a tax increase. But #6, NONE of the increases in municipal taxes from 2000 to 2012 went to public works or sanitation who handle leaf removal. Those departments saw their budgets as a % of the overall budget (and workforces) cut. The municipal tax increases all went for wages, pensions & healthcare for public safety. So what’s different this time? If we raise municipal taxes, won’t the increase just go to fund wages, pensions & healthcare for public safety which now consumes almost 60% of our municipal budget ?
