Ridgewood NJ, Â As per Village Code 199-122H6.: Â Election signs. Temporary signs for elective office shall be permitted in nonresidential zones. Such signs shall be removed no later than 10 days after the date of the election to which they pertain. In the case of a primary election, the signs of all candidates who fail to remain as candidates in the ensuing general election shall be removed no later than 10 days after the date of the primary election. Such signs may be freestanding or attached to a building wall.

Its not in violation if you are good friends with the 3 amigos.
Who cares the voting is over, just change the sign to read, “now available for rent”
And while you’re at it, let’s get the planters off the sidewalk too…
No they are going to change the sign to Vagianos for Ridgewood Council 2016.He is going to follow in the footsteps of our Mayor.

For a person that has a business in town and i assume lives here there is no excuse. Plain laziness.

Chris Rutishauser issues tickets for the smallest of garage sale signs but not for this?
Rutishauser has it in for garage sales and homes for sale signs. Notsomuch for those aligned with Democrats.
All the hullabaloo over Tito Burritos blue color and nothing about the huge Vagianos/Ordway sign has bothered me for a while .; We clamp down on a small business trying tom make a buck and then our own council litters the town with Vote Yes signs and robo calls.
Why not have an employee from the restaurant go and remove the sign?
wanna see a sign come down in 2.2 seconds? Just spray paint big losers on it which they were. While your at it. Drive your F150 through his illegal wall in front of that restaurant.
