Rigged Debates: Wikileaks Emails Confirm Media in Clinton’s Pocket

Pay-for-Play

Clinton’s people asked for all sorts of special treatment from the DNC and the press—and they got it

On October 12, WikiLeaks released part four and five of Clinton campaign Chair John Podesta’s emails, with part six to be released on October 13, and part seven to follow on October 14.

“As soon as the nomination is wrapped up, I will be your biggest surrogate,” current Interim Chair of the Democratic National Committee (DNC) Donna Brazile, wrote to Podesta in a January 2016 email. As a Vice Chair of the DNC, Brazile was bound to neutrality per the charter, but as shown in several emails released so far, that was not the case.

“I pushed back hard on this, and Axe. So weird to attack the kids the night before the first primary,” Brazile wrote in an email she forwarded to Podesta about what CNN was doing while she served as a CNN contributor.

On October 10, an email was released that showed Brazile tipping off the Clinton campaign to an outreach campaign being conducted by the Sanders campaign. Brazile defended herself on Twitter claiming she also sent the Sanders campaign “advice,” but did not release or cite any examples.

  1. And on TV, this is really only being covered by Fox. The rest are either ignoring it or giving it footnote coverage. I’ve always known there was bias in news reporting, but this election cycle has seen the mainstream media being nothing short of agents for the DNC.

  2. Keep DC crooked! Vote Hillary! The only way a sensible person could back this woman is if they stand to make alot of cash!

  3. It makes me sick to read such comments and know the posters are my neighbors. Want to see biased news reporting? Watch Fox. Naturally they are “covering” this.

    1. Wikileaks are real emails hacked from Hillary and the DNC , everyone News outlet should be covering it ,Wikileaks proves every conspiracy theory about the US government over the last 20 years is TRUE

  4. The mainstream media wonders why their ratings are declining. The bias throughout this election coverage is so shockingly bad that at least half the country is tuning out. I guess CNN will be going back to just regular bias when this is over as right now, they really are the Clinton News Network. Nothing to see here. Move along. hey, look over there. A new report from a woman who says she was groped by Trump. Yes, lets give that continuous coverage. Never mind all the Clinton Foundation pay-to-play stuff.

  5. While it is true that 90% of the media is supporting and covering for Clinton it is also true that her opponent is terrible. Any other candidate who would just keep the mouth under control and talk just about policies would have easily defeated Clinton. I keep thinking that Trump has been planted by the Clintons to destroy the republicans and give the keys to Hillary. Even Ted Cruz looks like a great choice now (covering my nose).

  6. The media helped Trump to the nomination. Great ratings and then easily beatable by Queen Hillary.
