Amazon Fresh to Open at Fashion Center in Paramus

Paramus NJ, Amazon Fresh has confirmed it will open this new grocery store in 2021 in Fashion Center Paramus at 30 East Ridgewood Avenue, on the north side of Paramus in what was formerly a Fairway location. . Amazon Fresh is situated in a prime location immediately near the intersection of Ridgewood Avenue and Highland Avenue, in Paramus, at Fashion Center Paramus.

The grocery store is looking to serve  patrons from the neighboring towns of  Emerson, Glen Rock, Ridgewood, Fair Lawn, Oradell, Township of Washington , Ho-Ho-Kus and Paramus.

Amazon Fresh was originally a  grocery delivery service available only to Amazon Prime members in select cities. Initially launched in Seattle in 2007, the service has expanded to major cities throughout the United States and select cities worldwide with a 2 hour delivery window.

Amazon Fresh grocery stores are designed from the ground up to offer a seamless grocery experience, either in-store or online. Customers shopping Amazon Fresh will find a wide assortment of national brands and high-quality produce, meat, and seafood. Plus, our culinary team offers customers a range of delicious prepared foods made fresh in store every day.

Customers can choose from thousands of items, including produce, meat, seafood, snacks, and household essentials and will be able to use the Amazon Dash Cart, which helps make a quick shopping trip even quicker by skipping the checkout line. Customers simply place their bags in the cart, sign in using their Fresh QR code in the Amazon app, shop, and exit through the Dash Cart lane to automatically complete their payment. The cart uses a combination of computer vision algorithms and sensor fusion to identify items put in the cart.
