Yeah, the bookkeeper Monica Arencibia who authorities said embezzled more than $500,000 from a Ramsey flooring company was sentenced to nine years in state prison. Tommy Boy Rica got off on a plea deal with Molinelli and the Bergen judge with just an apology for stealing nearly half a million dollars in quarters and a slap on the wrist. Has he even paid any of his restitution to the Village?

Molinelli, Midland Park PD Chief and others all have to go and lose their pensions & healthcare, too. They caused two teenaged girls to lose their mom. They made excuse after excuse for the Midland Park perp, and protecting that thug led to them enabling the murder, which they are complicit in.

You believe it was only Rica who stole that money? If that were the case, that guy would be in jail. But if you do the math, the concept of one man stealing $500k in quarters over that time frame is a logistical improbability. His freedom was payment for taking the rap. There are probably more than a few people still employed at Village Hall who are guilty of using the meter room for lunch money and petty expenses. That doesn’t absolve Molinelli, but you have to question who had the juice to get Molinelli to go soft on Rica, and what motivated that person to make that call.
