Montvale NJ, heads up, drivers! Bergen County will begin a major road resurfacing project on Grand Avenue from Spring Valley Road to Railroad Avenue starting Monday, June 23, 2025. The work will involve milling and paving, requiring full road closures on sections of Grand Avenue and causing significant traffic disruptions.

From Wednesday, June 25 through Tuesday, July 1, Grand Avenue at Memorial Drive will be closed.

🔁 Bayberry Gate will serve as the designated access point for drop-off and pick-up during this period.

Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to:

  • Plan additional travel time

  • Review temporary access routes

  • Follow all signage and guidance from on-site staff

More specific instructions will be communicated as the closure dates are confirmed.

🚦 Plan Ahead to Avoid Delays

Whether you’re commuting through Montvale, attending summer programs, or just traveling locally, be prepared for congestion and detours on Grand Avenue.

📌 Tips for Drivers:
