Elmwood Park NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of 51-year-old JOSE MENDEZ-ORTIZ of Pearl River, NY on charges of aggravated sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual contact, and endangering the welfare of a child.
