The festival’s 40th anniversary event will feature I Saw the TV Glow, Your Monster, Rob Peace, Ponyboi, Presence, Exhibiting Forgiveness, and A Different Man. Filming took place in locations across the state including in Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Monmouth, Morris, Passaic, and Union Counties.

Ridgewood NJ, SAG-AFTRA leaders conveyed a celebratory message, commending the hard work and sacrifices of their members during the recently concluded Hollywood strike. In the statement released Thursday afternoon, the guild informed actors that, “effective immediately,” they should fulfill their contractual obligations and resume work. Members are now allowed to promote their projects without restrictions. The message expressed gratitude to other Hollywood unions for their support during the nearly four-month labor stoppage. SAG-AFTRA declared victory in the strike, stating, “We did it! Our historic TV/Theatrical/Streaming strike is over as of 12:01 AM this morning.” The announcement marks the end of a significant chapter in the negotiations between the guild and industry stakeholders.
