RIDGEWOOD – A small residential street near an elementary school may be reopened to traffic on weekdays, a result of the move to full-day kindergarten.
The Village Council introduced an ordinance Wednesday that would limit the closure of Clinton Avenue to a single hour in the morning and 75 minutes in the afternoon.
Ifs about time.
Put in sidewalks and leave it open all the time.
Unintended consequences
Put in sidewalks and end the safety issues
Finish it! Just open the road!
I bet that the residents on that street wish that they didn’t vote for all day k
make it a one way.
Sidewalks!!!!!!
Yup. Sidewalks should have been installed during the Arohnson reign but his buddy on the street did not want them. How do you feel now? Sidewalks are amazing connectors in any town, they never should have fought against them and now concerns of safety ring hollow.
