Hackensack NJ, Friday afternoon, the County of Bergen had the privilege of hosting our annual Military Appreciation Month Ceremony at One Bergen County Plaza, where we paid tribute to the military service members of Bergen County who volunteered to protect and defend our freedom. It is due to this bravery, which we honor every day, that we are able to be the “Home of the Free”. We can never thank you enough for your sacrifice.
Bergen County Executive Jim Tedesco said , “We had the pleasure of hosting Chief Master Sergeant Kevin Laliberte as our keynote speaker this year. Mr. Laliberte retired after more than 23 years in the Air Force, and holds the highest rank possible. He is also the President and Founder of the Executive Action Group which specializes in advising civilian clients on military operations and acquisitions processes.”
“I also had the pleasure of honoring eight Bergen County service members with medals recognizing their extraordinary commitment to the United States.”
