The Ridgewood blog attempted to open an account on Sunday and there servers were on over load.
Gab CEO Andrew Torba wrote, “The traffic just keeps growing hang tight, even more servers on the way today.” The website admitted to have had more than registered around 18 million visits 5,00,000 new users on 10 January. The social networking service claims to champion free speech, individual liberty and be the new free flow of information online.
Parler, another emerging social networking site favored by conservatives, was kicked by Amazon off its hosting services for allegedly posing a “very real risk” to public security after the violence at the US Capitol on 6 January.
Gab like the Ridgewood blog is quite well positioned as compared to Parler to deal with censorship from the big tech. The company has developed its own browser, owns its servers along with a payment system and e-commerce platform. It took these steps after facing a Parler-like boycott around three years ago.
James Foytlin the Founder of the Ridgewood blog voiced a similar view , “when the blog was started we quickly realized focusing on IT was a way to even the playing field against far larger competitors “.
President Trump with his associates like General Michael Flynn and attorney Sidney Powell were banned from Twitter following the widespread riots at Washington on 6 January.
Foytlin said , “In the long run , the arbitrary and caprices de-platforming of users will have a very negative impact on the business models of many of these tech giants who are data dependent . Let face it this morning many CEO’s of fortune 500 companies are quietly looking into ways to move their content back in house and right now no one trusts any of these tech companies because they have proved so unreliable .
Foytlin went on ,”New technologies will quickly replace older data intrusive systems . Lets face it no one needs Facebook, or Twitter, but they need your free content to function .”
Twitter stock fell as much as 10% in premarket trading on Monday after the social-media company permanently banned President Trump’s account on Friday evening.

Conservatives got too lazy. They gave up leadership in institutions to hippies and opportunists from the left. By extension they de-platformed themselves. There are no shortcuts – they have to re-build institutions from the ground up. Like 19s century immigrants did.
Start by re-building leadership in Ridgewood school system. Before lefties completely trash it and move on to TX to do the same there.

The Dems have once again succeeded in their settle science strategy. Basically, any speech that goes against what they stand for has to be hate speech. It’s settle science. We don’t debate with racists and hate mongers. It therefore gives them and their sheep the entitled right to report anything that disagrees with their agenda to blog admins and social media to not only take down your evil message but to also ban you from the platform.
To all the residents of Village of Ridgewood that have children utilizing the school system, I strongly suggest keep your eyes and ears open do not trust anyone from the board of Ed until you fully understand what is happening regarding the budget and what’s in the budget. You need to read each line item because not just for the Board of Education ,municipal budgeting , County and state a time slide things into the budget they try to be slick. Back in the day everything was just in the newspaper and they posted printed whatever they would like. Those days are over there’s only about 10% that read newspapers anymore. Everything is online ,Just wake up. There’s so many scammers out there today. How many top officials will do or try whatever they can they know it’s wrong from the beginning they like to see what gets by. If you don’t pay attention the slime slides through.
