So let me get this straight. The councilman is now trying to block the flow of information that a resident legally requested. The guy should go to jail.
Jeff is super smart. Just ask him, he’ll tell you. He wears that Wharton cap all around town to cover his chrome dome and broadcast that he went to college 50 years ago.
