Glen Rock NJ, on Saturday May 28th at 2:38 PM ,an employee at the Glen Rock Recycling Center was bitten by a dog which had jumped from a vehicle inside the complex.  The dog was under the care of a dog walker, a 46-year-old Midland Park woman, who became irate when she learned that the employee needed to file a report due to both the dog bite and a workplace injury.  At some point during the incident, the woman reportedly grabbed the employee and demanded that he not report the incident.

The employee was transported to Valley Hospital via Ambulance for medical treatment.  He was advised of his right to sign a complaint against the dog walker with the Glen Rock Municipal Court.  The matter of the dog bite has been referred to Animal Control for further investigation.

This sounds like crap they used to pull at the academy for phys ed injuries. Kept their records clean, but when the employee had a relapse or other problems due to the injury……………”sorry, but we have no record of you being injured…………it’s on your dime.”

  2. Fido , ruff ruff .

  3. Did she bite him, too?

  4. Yeah screw that report it and hire an attorney. Oh yes.

  5. Another union employee working the system. Years of pain, PTSD you name it. Then retirement with the fat pension on the taxpayers dime.
    Pathetic.

  6. do you above writers really think the worker who was bitten was the guilty one? that woman–what was she doing in glen Rock anyway if she was not a resident? she was responsible for controlling her dog. The dog is obviously a known biter if she doesn’t want him to file a complaint. i’m somewhat surprised to hear that so many residents would not file any complaint if they were bitten by someone else’s dog without provocation. dogs obviously rule–or they all own biters.
