Ridgewood NJ, Ridgewood Police Patrol Officer Brandon Donnelly investigated a late Wednesday night, 07/13, single vehicle collision in which an unoccupied Jeep Wrangler was found crashed into a tree on Wyndemere Avenue near North Pleasant Avenue, Ridgewood. Several witnesses to the crash reported that a seemingly uninjured adult female fled the abandoned vehicle on foot headed toward nearby John Street. A person of interest was located less than a block away, at the address to which the Jeep was registered. No arrests were made in connection with the crash. However, four (4) motor vehicle summonses were issued by Officer Donnelly to the suspected driver. The Jeep was removed from the crash site by a flatbed tow truck. The tree survived the hit.

Person of interest?
Multiple summons issued?
No arrest for leaving the scene of an accident?
RPD Barney fifing it again.
Based on the seat position, the driver was about four feet tall. That should narrow down the suspects in the house.
