Trenton NJ, On Thursday, December 12, the NJ Senate Transportation Committee will hold a hearing on bill S3229 which would grant driver’s licenses to illegal immigrants. Citizens for Positive Change NJ is hosting a press conference to warn the public about the dangers of granting driver’s licenses to illegal immigrants.

Here are two ways that you can help.
1. Attend the 9am media availability and show your opposition to driver’s licenses for illegal immigrants.
2. Participate in the 10am legislative hearing. Write a three minute testimony against granting driver’s licenses for illegal immigrants. Message me if you have any questions and to let us know that you are attending. Bring 12 printed copies. Signup starts at 9am and runs through 10am. The signup table is located inside the committee room number six.

Will they be forced to have proper registration and enough car insurance.
Just because you have and drive a car, does not mean you have registration and insurance or even a driver license. As seen on the streets, citizens and illegals are caught without DL, Reg or Insurance.
Will police monitor this rigorously?
