East Rutherford NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of CHRISTOPHER NOVEMBRE (DOB: 7/13/1978; single; employed as a builder) of 9128 Newkirk Avenue, North Bergen, NJ on drug charges. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love, the East Rutherford Police Department under the direction of Chief Dennis M. Rivelli and the Cliffside Park Police Department under the direction of Chief Marc Marano.

On September 8, 2022, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotic Task Force, Cliffside Park Police Department and Bergen County Regional SWAT Team arrested CHRISTOPHER NOVEMBRE as he was parked in his vehicle in Cliffside Park, NJ. NOVEMBRE was in possession of oxycodone pills he intended to sell. On another occasion, NOVEMBRE sold oxycodone to an undercover detective in East Rutherford, NJ.

CHRISTOPHER NOVEMBRE was charged with third-degree distribution of a controlled dangerous substance, specifically oxycodone, N.J.S.A. 2C:35-5b(5); and third-degree possession with the intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance, specifically oxycodone, N.J.S.A. 2C:35-5b(5). NOVEMBRE was released on a summons pending his first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack, NJ.

Prosecutor Mark Musella states that the charges are merely accusations and that the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, and he would like to thank the East Rutherford Police Department, Cliffside Park Police Department and the Bergen County Regional SWAT Team for their assistance in this investigation.
