Steven MITCHELL was arrested on October 31, 2018 in Fair Lawn, NJ and charged with one count of Providing False Information To Law Enforcement, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:28-4a, a 2nd degree crime. Acting Prosecutor Calo states that the charges are merely accusations and that the defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, and would like to thank the Bergen County Sheriff’s Office and the Fair Lawn Police Department for their assistance in this investigation.
