If you bothered to go to the trial you would have heard the expert testimony of the toxicologist which proved that Grieco was not intoxicated. This was a tragic accident with no intent on Griecos part. But all you people hear is that a Ex-Police Officer was involved and he’s automatically GUILTY in your eyes. It was also stated in some other news outlets that the victim was shot in the chest (FALSE) the ME’s testimony says otherwise. The jury in this case got it all wrong. I wish you so called reporters would get the facts straight, go sit your butts in the courtroom like I did for 6 days and then report the truth, but I guess the TRUTH doesn’t make good news…..
