Saddle River NJ, Siddhartha Khosla has won his first Emmy Award for his score for the episode Sitzprobe from the third season of the Hulu original series Only Murders in the Building in the Outstanding Music Composition for a Series category at tonight’s second night of the 76th Creative Prime Emmy Awards.
When Siddhartha Khosla first began composing music for NBC’s This Is Us in 2017, he had no idea the show would become a record-breaking hit, or that his soulful score would skyrocket him into the spotlight. The Indian-American musician, who had already spent over a decade working in the industry, soon found himself nominated for three consecutive Emmy Awards for his work on the emotional drama series.
Before This Is Us, Khosla had quietly composed music for popular TV shows like How I Met Your Mother and The O.C., as well as being part of the indie-pop band Goldspot.
