“After weeks of hiding from his constituents on the impeachment issue, Josh Gottheimer has finally decided to take a stand, by supporting Nancy Pelosi and AOC’s resolution to impeach the President.
Speaker Pelosi claimed that impeachment should be a bi-partisan effort, but she passed this resolution entirely along party lines. For someone who claims to be a centrist and above the fray, Josh has gone all-in with the most extreme elements of his party by furthering this political witch hunt.
Voters in New Jersey’s 5th Congressional district sent Josh to Washington to do his job and deliver for his constituents. It is abundantly clear that his only accomplishments have been to raise record amounts of money from DC insiders and to cower to political bosses when they need votes. We deserve better.”

Trump’s insistence on a favor might have been entirely ok in the NYC real estate world. But holding up my tax dollars while he demanded a foreign country investigate a political opponent is beyond the pale. That money was earmarked to help fight off the Russians. A ten minute delay was too long. If he wanted to investigate someone, he’s got a totally compliant justice department who can do just that.
Conservatives need to wake up and see what damage he is doing to our Country’s principles. Blind adherence to a reeling buffoon is doing us no good. Brind on Pence in time for a fair election.
