According to HealthBarn USA’s website, they are now operating out of Village of Ridgewood owned property at 259 North Maple Avenue (The Stable).

I can’t recall the Village Council ever approving a resolution permitting such an operation (at The Stable).
Does anyone know how this all happened and whether it’s legal? Are they operating there for free (on the taxpayer’s dime), or is money exchanging hands? All a mystery.
If Roberta said its ok then the minions will do what they are told at the Stable. We have reached a new low with government in the Village of Ridgewood. This is all as a direct result of the 3 Amigos.
Pandering to special interest group, not following rules, lies, block votes. talking down to residents that disagree and I could go on. The new norm if any of these 3 get re elected.Notice how Big Al the Developers Friend has been low profile lately? He is ginning up his base so he can drilling down on the next election. Al is driven to be the next Mayor and his ego will not accept anything less. Beware of the snake in the grass ( Big Al) and all his friends that want to ruin Ridgewood. He was raised in NY and has that New York state of Mind.
Check out the large ad in Suburban News 12/31/2015 on page 4 at the address.No mention of Village of Ridgewood, just tv celeb, tv shows, a magazine & newspaper etc.
There are a lot of classes operating in the Stable. Why not Health Barn?

What’s the big deal? Temporary place. They also do good things.
Why not Health Barn? Because it is a private company using taxpayer provided facilities without proper authorization or remuneration.
i think that some people are looking for things to be outraged about.
Their “product” is not evil. The village runs a lot of classes out of the Stable. People who run the classes are small businesses. Oh the humanity!
Why not health barn? Because they are using this as a temporary location until they illegally move into a quiet residential neighborhood. Scratch the surface and you will find that Antine is friends with someone in powere here in Ridgewood, guaranteed.
Someone in power in Ridgewood? They are renting a building and it is no secret.
Why is every village decision questioned by the masses? We elect representatives and they should just do their job. If thre were public meetings about every decision nothing would get done. The property was purchased years ago and we all knew that changes would be coming. Personally I think the property should have been sold to a private developer but that did not happen. I have moved on.
Save your outrage for the garage, high density housing and valley hospital. When everything is elevated to crisis level then you will not be taken seriously. The Henny Pennies need to focus.

9:07 – yeah, yeah yeah, call people Henny Pennies for being pissed off about the Health Barn. You consider it to be a minor issue. Yep, it is minor compared to the garage and HDH, but the manner in which it has been handled is so typical of this administration with all matters large and small. Every little infraction is an infraction, and they do add up.
