Twp. of Washington NJ, this is truly an amazing reunion! This just proves how far birds can go. Last week we posted about a bird found in Twp. of Washington. The owner of Charlee came across our post and noticed lots of similarities to her bird.
Charlee was lost on January 3 in Rochester, NY. That’s over 330 miles away from Twp. of Washington . We provided her Tyco’s number to call. Family drove over to the shelter and sure enough it was him!! The last sighting they had was 20 miles away and that was 2 weeks after he was lost.
Never give up! This proves how far owners need to extend their search. Thank you to the finder for reaching out to us to post and also to Tyco. So happy Charlee is back home with his family.
