Ridgewood NJ, CNN is getting a new owner. Liberty Media chairman John Malone, who sits on the Discovery Communications Inc. board of directors, wants to see left-wing CNN revert back to nonpartisan journalism following the completion of a merger that would put the liberal network under the Discovery umbrella.
“I would like to see CNN evolve back to the kind of journalism that it started with, and actually have journalists, which would be unique and refreshing,” Malone said in an interview that aired Thursday on CNBC.
Voters increasingly distrust reporting about politics, and most think the media are less aggressive in questioning President Joe Biden than they were with former President Donald Trump.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 53% of Likely U.S. Voters don’t trust the political news they’re getting. That’s up from 43% in July. Just 33% now say they trust the political news they’re getting, down from 37% in July. Another 14% are not sure. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

Try to find coverage of the Wisconsin parade suspect. Nothing. Once it was determined it was liberal policies that freed the suspect and he wasn’t white, coverage disappears. CNN, MSNBC networks of liberal activists vs journalists.
CNN and MSNBC are nothing more than the PR arm of the DNC.

I was very surprised to see on NBC’s Today Show a photo and video clip of the black career criminal who intentionally plowed his SUV through the crowd of white people at the Waukesha Christmas parade.

I am a Brit and grew up on the BBC news. It was once a fine news service, probably the best in the world. However, their standards have dropped in a big way in recent years and suffer from the same leftist bias that their contemporaries suffer from. They got heavily into the ridiculous fake stories about Trump.

Maybe its the beginning of a jounalism reset….it would strengthen our countries unity which they have actively sought to undermine…… however it will take a decade to regain the trust lost. CNN and MSNBC are left wing propoganda… the NY Times as well.
CNN has become particularly unbearable. No effort at unbiased reporting. They want to impact election results and policy. Remember the CNN producer that got caught on an open mic lamenting the decline in deaths from Covid? “Higher death toll numbers are better for ratings”. Busted.
