  1. Birth in the United States, without more, is not sufficient to confer citizenship. The U.S. Supreme Court held in U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark that an individual born in the United States of two non-citizen permanent residents is a U.S. citizen pursuant to the fourteenth amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Since then (more than a century ago) no U.S. Supreme Court majority has held that a person is automatically recognized to be a U.S. citizen based solely on the fact of birth in the United States.

  2. They went bankrupt as a hospital. This is a new type of health business.

    There are hospitals in CA that offer the same services to Asian women.

    Citizenship should require that at least one parent be a US citizen. These children are all Anchor babies.
