Teaneck NJ, A major drug distribution operation in Teaneck has been taken down following a high-stakes SWAT raid. Authorities announced the arrest of a 45-year-old local man, Justin Bennett, effectively dismantling a crack cocaine ring that had been the subject of an intensive six-month investigation.
High-Stakes Raid on Howland Avenue
On Tuesday, February 3, the Teaneck Police Department’s Anti-Crime Unit, supported by the Bergen County Regional SWAT Team, executed a court-authorized search warrant at Bennett’s residence on Howland Avenue.
Teaneck Police Chief Andrew R. McGurr reported that the search yielded critical evidence linking Bennett to the production and illegal sale of crack cocaine.
Serious Felony Charges Filed
The investigation has led to a long list of serious charges against Bennett, including:

First-degree maintaining a CDS production facility

Second-degree possession with intent to distribute cocaine

Third-degree possession with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school zone

Third-degree money laundering

Distribution and possession of drug paraphernalia
Additionally, Bennett faces charges stemming from a prior illegal narcotics sale in August 2025. Following his arrest, he was processed and transported to the Bergen County Corrections and Rehabilitation Center.
