McCain, Trump Controversy our two cents

Yesterday Republican National Committee (RNC) responded to the John McCain ,Donald Trump controversy and we have responded to them .

WASHINGTON – Republican National Committee (RNC) Chief Strategist and Communications Director Sean Spicer released the following statement in response to Donald Trump’s comments:

“Senator McCain is an American hero because he served his country and sacrificed more than most can imagine. Period. There is no place in our party or our country for comments that disparage those who have served honorably.”

we respond……
John McCain may have been a war hero but he dose not have a right to continue to disparage voters and act like a jerk , that’s the issue. If he is going to continue to play the “hero” card then he should start acting like one. We also agree with  Donald Trump in that McCain needs to apologize end of story .

As for the RNC despite the fact of a landslide Victory in the last election , the Republican Majority has nothing to show for it what so ever !  Far more energy should be devoted to creating compelling policy and better marketing of that policy than attacking Republicans who don’t tow the inside the beltway party line. Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory is getting a bit old.

  1. He is a hero for his war record. You may not like his personality, but he is still a hero.

McCain could have been released early from the POW camp but he chose to stay with his soldiers. That is a hero.

Trump is a 4 time student deferment and one time bunion deferment. I am sure he has war stories about his sore foot.

  2. McCain was: 1) never eligible for the office of President of the United States, having been born not in the U.S.-leased Panama Canal Zone, which wouldn’t have been sufficient anyway, but rather outside the PCZ, at Colon Hospital, in Colon, Panama; and 2) has always greedily worshipped at the altar of the current resident of the U.S. Executive Mansion. The first problem meant that both parties simultaneously put up candidates whose eligibility was questionable at best, setting up a circumstance in which during the election season we had a policy if MAD or mutually assured destruction between the two parties if either was dumb enough to point the finger of ineligibility at the other, and afterwards, a convenient “don’t ask don’t tell” policy designed to deflect appropriate public scrutiny regarding the Constitutional impropriety just inflicted on our country. The second problem made McCain a singularly ineffective and inappropriate Republican presidential nominee, certain to lose to the Democrat nominee because he could not convincingly make the case against his Democrat opponent and therefore everyone knew he had ZERO MOJO.

  3. His citizenship was debated but is legit. Do you think that the RNC would back a person whi was ineligible? You may disagree but you have no standi g.

“But McCain is a natural-born citizen, even though he was not born within this country’s borders, since his parents were citizens at the time of his birth. As a congressional act stated in 1790:
Congress: “And the children of citizens of the United States, that may be born beyond sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born citizens.””

  4. McCain is a bona fide hero… that does not necessarily make him a good politician nor does it make him someone who is good for America. Unfortunately he is more often a tool for the Democrats and their progressive agenda.

Trump is a bona fide successful businessman and influencer… that does not necessarily make him a good politician nor does it make him someone who is good for America. Unfortunately he is more often a tactless blowhard who crushes his own ideas.

  5. Read the truth of the POW Cover-up and the POW’s left behind!!

  6. Tweedledee and Tweedledum U.S. Senators John “D student” Kerry and John “Crash” McCain were at ground zero of the POW cover-up and deserve full-throated rejection and condemnation from the American people for that episode alone.

  7. Fraudsters could easily make the case that Arnold Schwarzenegger is eligible for the office of POTUS, such has been the disgraceful “toilet paper” use to which our national constitution has been put in the last seven years.

Hey 11:07, you’re a smart cookie (even though you failed to mention the critical change in the 1790 naturalization statute that took place in 1795, and apparently fail to realize that the definition of a constitutional term can’t be changed or affected by a mere U.S. statute): Would you care to explain how Ted Cruz meets the definition of Natural Born Citizen, having been born in Alberta Canada to a Cuban father?
