  1. Ya gotta be kidding, People tawk so loudly in the train cars, that the train from Penn Station to Secaucus actually has a QUIET CAR where riders are not allowed to use their cell phone. The conductor does come around and check for talkers.

    So people are tawking so loudly on their cells that everyone can hear them and they’re bitching and moaning about audio surveillance. Only in Joisey.
