Mahwah NJ, they are at it again , John F. Roth the current Mahwah mayor and an ex-mayor Mayor William Laforet battle over business banners. Both have seen their share of trouble in the past. Laforet, was recalled from office and Roth famously passed out drunk and pant-less in a township employees bed.
