Ridgewood NJ, New Jersey Transit Police, along with our federal, state, and local partners, are engaged in a large-scale operation to harden the system. You may notice uniformed NJTPD officers operating along with Amtrak Police, Port Authority Police, New Jersey State Police, NJ Office of Homeland Security, and additional local agencies. Plain clothes officers are providing an overlapping layer of protection as well.
