Preston Street, Hartford, CT and JEFFREY TORRES (DOB: 3/09/1999; single; unemployed) of 17 Sunrise Terrace, Bristol, CT for firearms related charges. The arrest is the result of an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love.
