Emerson NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of 45-year-old RICHARD A. SOLIMANDO of Emerson, NJ on charges of forgery and falsifying or tampering with records. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck.
